The registered office of the NIDAMANURI FOUNDATION FOR TECHNOLOGY INCUBATION will be situated in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

• NFTI is to promote and to establish incubation centres and assist them in creating a sustainable, scalable business model in manufacture, trade, transport, energy, health, commerce, art, science, education, research, social welfare, charity, protection of environment or any such other objects.

• To support and encourage innovative technology based start-ups that have an application and/or impact in the core sectors of the economy. To provide the start-ups with necessary guidance, tech support, infrastructure, access to investors, networking, and facilitating a host of other resources that may be required for the start-ups to survive and scale. Build a strong team with adequate knowledge and experience in guiding start-ups, building business plans, facilitating investments, building networks etc.

• To institute, finance, encourage, develop and carry on all kinds of scientific and economic research relating to manufacturing tools, including setting up training centres, providing scholarships and/or funding to technical, vocational and other colleges, universities and educational institutions.

• To provide training, spread and promote education and learning in various disciplines and for the purpose to support schools and colleges or other similar education centres, study centres and research centres to carry on systematic research and encourage and get together competent scholars, teachers, lecturers for holding classes, seminars and lectures in all fields of education and author books and other publications and to issue books, journals, periodicals or other modern compilations such as software.

• To design and deliver high quality training, capacity building and development systems for students, teachers and educators in higher and professional education in various states in India only. To establish state of the art infrastructure facilities for education and training and to establish campuses and create centers of excellence for research and development and for sharing knowledge and its application. Help shape educational-cultural philosophy, self-awareness, and social sensitivity as a basis for educational leadership.

• Enable access to prototyping facilities, test beds, markets, and pilot implementation for the product/services.

• To conduct and organise seminars, workshops, conferences, meetings, public lectures.

NFTI Ongole established the Incubation Center to create a start-up ecosystem not only in college but in the whole state.

The Objectives Incidental OR The Attainment Of The Main Objects :

• The Institute provide to Purchase, take on lease, or hire or otherwise acquire any movable or immovable property or any rights or privileges necessary or convenient for the purpose of the Association.

• To open bank accounts, to draw, make, accept, discount, execute and issue bills of exchange, promissory notes, bills of lading, warrants, debentures and other negotiable or transferable instruments or securities.

• To construct or alter or keep in repair any buildings required or used by or for the Association and to pull down or demolish any buildings not so required.

• To sell, improve, manage, develop, lease, mortgage, dispose of or otherwise deal with all or any part of the property of the company.

• To charge, collect, recover and received fees, surcharge and other sums of money from the members, for the services rendered.
